Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Instant Cocoa Mix
3/4 Teaspoon cherry-flavored soft drink mix
4 cups hot water
4 cheery-flavored licorice sticks, cut in half

Directions:
1. In heatproof container, stir cocoa mix and soft drink mix. Add hot water; stir until mixes are dissolved.

2. Pour hot chocolate into mugs. Server with licorice sticks.

If you prefer not to use instant cocoa mix, you can follow a regular hot chocolate recipe or use chocolate syrup. You can also use milk instead of hot water, it does taste better with milk! For adults, add a splash of cherry-flavored liqueur instead of the cherry drink mix.
